If the user is affected by Normalize Flying Press is a {NORMAL;TYPE;Normal} and {FLYING;TYPE;Flying}-type move with the following offensive chart:
A same-type attack bonus
is only applied if the user is {FIGHTING;TYPE;Fighting}.
Flying Press can not be used while the user is affected by Gravity.
If the target used Minimize Flying Press has double power and bypasses accuracy
and evasion
checks to always hit except when the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig or Fly.
