This also works against Status

Electrify bypasses accuracy
and evasion
checks to always hit except when the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig or Fly.
Moves that have a charging turn will only be affected if Electrify is used on the damage dealing turn.
The move Flying Press will dealElectric and 
Flying-type damage.
The move Freeze-Dry does not double its effect against
Water-type Pokémon meaning that it is capped at a 2x super effective multiplier.
All damage dealing Max Moves are changed to Max Lightning.
