Gravity applies 'heavy gravity' to the entire field for 5 turns.
The accuracy

of all moves (except One Hit KO moves such as Sheer Cold) is increased by 67% (6840/4096 multiplier).
All Pokémon are grounded during the effect of Gravity.
'Grounding' has the following effects:

All Pokémon lose their immunity to Ground , negating:
- Flying -type
- Levitate
- Magnet Rise
- A held Air Balloon

Gravity also prevents all Pokémon from using:

Gravity also immediately cancels the semi-invulnerable turn of Fly and Bounce.
Grav Apple's power is increased by 50% during high gravity.

In Gen 4 the accuracy multiplier is 5/3 (also approximately a 67% increase)

Description

DP HGSS PL	Gravity is intensified for five turns, making moves involving flying unusable and negating Levitation.
COL B2W2 XY ORAS	Gravity is intensified for five turns, making moves involving flying unusable and negating Levitate.
SM USUM LGPLGE	Enables Flying-type Pokémon or Pokémon with the Levitate Ability to be hit by Ground-type moves. Flying moves can’t be used.
