Uses the target's last used move.

Copycat copies the last move that was used in battle even if that move was used by the user itself.
Copycat fails if no other move has been used yet.
If the target of the copied move is not the user, it will choose another random target from its possible move target pool.
Copycat will fail if any one of the following moves was the last used move:

• Copycat itself
• Any Z-Move

Copycat copies the base move in case the last used move was a Max Move.

• In Gen 4 charging moves, recharging moves and Bide do not count as valid moves.
  A move that calls another move such as Assist counts as the last used move and not the move it called (this only counts for the first turn in case it calls a move that lasts more than one).
  Moves that were prevented by status conditions such as paralysis will make the last used move invalid, causing Copycat to fail
