Rage Powder

Redirects the target's single-target effects to the user for this turn.

Rage Powder makes the user the center of attention redirecting all single target moves toward itself.
This also affects single target moves used by allies and single target moves used by an enemy on its allies except when that move can not target an enemy (such as Helping Hand).
Rage Powder's effect is cancelled when the user switches out, faints or is removed from the field by Sky Drop.
Center of attention only takes effect if the move used by an enemy can target the user in general meaning that moves that can not target non-adjacent enemies in triple battles will not be redirected if that enemy is not adjacent.
Rage Powder can not redirect Sky Drop.
Rage Powder does not affect the following list of Pokémon:

• Grass -type Pokémon
• Pokémon with the ability Overcoat, Stalwart or Propeller Tail
• Pokémon holding Safety Goggles
• The move Snipe Shot

Rage Powder has priority over Lightning Rod and redirects Electric -type moves towards it instead of the ally with Lightning Rod.
The same effect applies for allies with Storm Drain and Water -type moves.
If multiple Pokémon are the center of attention, the Pokémon that gained that status condition first is prioritised.
