Effect Summary

Randomly uses one of the user's other three moves. Only works if the user is sleeping

Detailed Effect

Sleep Talk will call a randomly selected move its own available moves if the user is asleep

Sleep Talk will fail if any of these conditions are met:

The user is not asleep
The user does not know any move besides Sleep Talk or one of the unselectable moves listed below.

A Komala

with the ability Comatose is treated as being asleep

so it can use Sleep Talk (or Snore without actually being asleep.)
A called move will take the normal priority of Sleep Talk and not the priority it would otherwise have (such as Qick Attack being used after the target's move).
