Snore deals damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch

(if the target has not moved yet).
Pokémon with the ability Inner Focus or those behind a Substitute cannot be made to flinch.
Snore can only be used if the user is asleep

otherwise it will fail (except when the user has the ability Comatose).
