Terrain Pulse deals damage and its type depends on the active terrain.
When a terrain is active, its power is doubled.
Terrain Pulse's power is boosted by 50% when the user has the ability Mega Launcher.
Terrain Pulse is not affected by Normalize, Pixilate, Refrigerate, Aerilate or Galvanize.
When used as the base move of a Max Move, it will be displayed as Max Strike but will actually turn into the Max Move appropriate for its type.
Electrify turns this move into
