Max Strike deals damage lowers the Speed of all adjacent enemies by one stage.
Stats can be lowered to a minimum of -6 stages each.
Max Strike is the Normal-type Max Move.
When the base move is affected by an ability or effect that changes {NORMAL;TYPE;Normal}-type moves into another type such as Pixilate, the Max Move will also be changed to the one appropriate for the new type.
