Psychic Terrain

Protects Pokémon on the ground from priority moves and increases the power of their Psychic -type moves by 50%.

Psychic Terrain creates a terrain for 5 turns that changes the field for 5 turns.
A terrain does not affect 'raised' Pokémon.
Psychic Terrain has the following effects:

• Boosts the power of Psychic -type moves by 30%.
• Terrain Pulse changes to Psychic and doubles its power.
• Increases the power of Expanding Force by 50% and makes it hit all enemy Pokémon.
• All affected Pokémon are immune to moves with increased priority. This is also the case if other effects grant those moves a higher priority.
  Psychic Terrain does not protect from moves that target all Pokémon or all enemy Pokémon (except for Perish Song, Flower Shield and Rototiller).
• Nature Power turns into Psychic.
• Secret Power uses the animation of Confusion and lowers the target's Speed by one stage.
  Stats can be lowered to a minimum of -6 stages.
• Camouflage makes the user Psychic -type.
• Mimicry makes the user Psychic -type.
• Consumes a Pokémon's held Psychic Seed and raises its Special Defense by one stage (even if otherwise unaffected by the terrain).

A held Terrain Extender extends the duration of the terrain from 5 to 8 turns.
Psychic Terrain is automatically created when using Max Mindstorm or when a Pokémon with the ability Psychic Surge enters battle.
Any terrain is removed when Splintered Stormshards is used.

• In Gen 7 Psychic Terrain boosts the power of Psychic -type moves by 50%.
