Rototiller raises the

of all 'grounded'
Grass
-type Pokémon on the field by one stage.
Stats
can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
Rototiller does not raise the stats of Pokémon in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig or Fly.
By default all Pokémon are grounded. A Pokémon can become 'raised' if:
