Hyper Fang deals damage and has a 10% chance to make the target flinch

(if the target has not moved yet).
Pokémon with the ability Inner Focus or those behind a Substitute cannot be made to flinch.
Hyper Fang gains a 50% power boost if used by a Pokémon with the ability Strong Jaw.

From Gen 8 onwards (except when called via Metronome in SwordShield) this move can not be selected in battle.
