Foresight

Forces the target to have no evasion , and allows it to be hit by Normal and Fighting -type moves even if it's a Ghost -type.

Foresight causes moves against the target Pokémon to ignore any evasion modifiers.
Foresight also removes the Normal and Fighting -type immunity from Ghost -type Pokémon.
Foresight bypasses all accuracy and evasion checks to always hit except when the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig and Fly.
Foresight fails if the target Pokémon is already under its effect.

• In Gen 2 if the user's accuracy modifier is lower than the target's evasion modifier, both modifiers will be set to 0 during calculation.
  This effect can be Baton Passed.
• In Gen 3-4 Foresight can not be reflected by Magic Coat
• From Gen 8 onwards this move can not be selected in battle.
