Detailed Effect
Perish Song applies a countdown on all Pokémon in battle that causes them to faint after 3 turns.
Pokémon with Soundproof are immune due to Perish Song being a sound-based move.
Perish Song bypasses accuracy
and
evasion
checks to always hit even if protected by Protect, Crafty Shield or while behind a Substitute.
Switching out removes the countdown from the affected Pokémon but if it switches out due to Baton Pass, the countdown will be transferred to the incoming Pokémon,
Perish Song fails if used in Tera Raid Battles and does not affect Dynamaxed Pokémon in Max Raid Battles.
