Ion Deluge forces all
Normal-type moves to become
Electric-type until the end of the turn.
Ion Deluge has increased priority meaning that it will be used before most other moves.
If another Pokémon uses a move of the same priority, the Pokémon with the higher Speed
will go first as usual.
Ion Deluge does not affect: If a move changes type such as Judgment, it will only be affected by Ion Deluge if it would otherwise be a
Normal-type move.
Moves that have a charging turn and are
Normal-type such as Razor wind will only be affected by Ion Deluge on the damage dealing turn.
Normalize causes all moves to be affected by Ion Deluge.
Flying Press causes
Normal-type moves to become both
Electric and
Flying
