Heal Pulse restores up to 50% of the target's maximum HP.
Heal Pulse can be used on allies and enemies.
Heal Pulse's heal is boosted by 50% when the user has the ability Mega Launcher.
Heal Pulse bypasses all accuracy
and evasion
checks to always hit except when the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig and Fly.
Heal Pulse can not be used if either the user or the target is affected by Heal Block.
If all other moves are unavailable (due to being locked out by a choice item such as Choice Scarf
, out of PP etc.) the user will use Struggle instead.
Heal Pulse fails if the target is already at maximum HP or behind a Substitute.
