Taunt

For the next few turns, the target can only use damaging moves.

Taunt disables the target's Status category moves for 3 turns.
This effect disappears once the target switches out.
Taunt can even affect a Pokémon behind a Substitute.
If the target only knows Status category moves, it will use Struggle instead.
Pokémon with the ability Oblivious or under the effect of Aroma Veil are immune to this effect.
Taunt prevents a Dynamaxed Pokémon from using Max-Guard.

• In Gen 3 Taunt's effect lasts for 2 turns and it can not be copied by Mirror Move.
• In Gen 4 Taunt's effect lasts for 3-5 turns and it can not be reflected by Magic Coat.
• Clobbopus evolves into Grapploct after learning this move at level 35.
