Transfers the user's major status effect to the target.

Psycho Shift transfers any major status condition the user has to the target.
Psycho Shift fails if immune to that status condition (by being type-immune, through an ability, with Safeguard or by already having that status condition).
Psycho Shift will not transfer any temporary status condition such as confusion.

• In Gen 4 Psycho Shift first cures the user and then afflicts the target with the status condition, meaning that a target with Synchronize will transfer the status condition back to the user.
• In Gen 4-5 Psycho Shift has 90% accuracy
• From Gen 9 onwards this move can not be selected in battle.
