Teatime forces all Pokémon in battle to eat their held berry.
Teatime also affects Pokémon behind a Substitute.
Teatime also uses up berries that have no effect such as a Mago Berry
eaten at full health.
Teatime has no effect on Pokémon that hold no berry or have already eaten their berry.
Teatime fails if no Pokémon is holding a berry.
Teatime also forces a Pokémon to eat their berry even when affected by Unnerve or Magic Room but has no effect against targets protected by Max Guard.
Teatime bypasses all accuracy

checks to always hit except when the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig and Fly.
