Swagger

Raises the target's Attack by two stages and confuses the target.

Swagger confuses the target and raises the target's Attack by two stages.
Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
If the target's Attack is already at +6 stages it can still become confused .
If the target is already confused, its Attack can still be raised.
If both effects can not apply either effect, Swagger fails.

• In Gen 2 Swagger does not confuse the target if its Attack is already at +6 stages (or -6 stages with Contrary).
• In Gen 2-6 Swagger has 90% accuracy
