Detailed Effect

Sucker Punch deals damage and has increased priority meaning that it will be used before most other moves.
If another Pokémon uses a move of the same priority, the Pokémon with the higher Speed

will go first as usual.
Sucker Punch fails if the target goes first or did not select a Physical

or Special

move (or Me First despite being a Status

category move).

In Gen 4 Sucker Punch fails if the target selected Me First.
In Gen 4-5 Sucker Punch has 80 power.
In SwordShield there is a glitch in Double Battles where Sucker Punch sometimes can not hit their enemy on the right side (fixed in version 1.1).

Description
