Detailed Effect

Incinerate deals damage to all adjacent enemies and destroys any berries or gems held by them.
The Occa Berry

activates before being destroyed.
Other berries that activate on being hit such as Oran Berry

are destroyed without activating.
Sticky Hold prevents items from being destroyed by Incinerate.
Destroying an item does not activate the target's Symbiosis.
A destroyed item can not be recovered by Recycle, Pickup or Harvest.
Incinerate fails in Max Raid Battles.

In Gen 5 Incinerate has 30 power.

Description

COL B2W2	The user attacks the target with fire. If the target is holding a Berry, the Berry becomes burnt up and unusable.
XY ORAS SM USUM LGPLGE SWSH	The user attacks opposing Pokémon with fire. If a Pokémon is holding a certain item, such as a Berry, the item becomes burned up and unusable.
