in its Unbound Form or a Pokémon that has Transformed into it.
All other Pokémon and Hoopa Confined will receive a message that they can not use it.
When Hoopa leaves its Unbound Form, it will forget this move and replace it with Hyperspace Hole.

- From version 3.0.0 of onwards this move can not be copied by Sketch.
