Focus Energy increases the user's critical hit ratio by two stages.
This effect can be transferred by Baton Pass or copied by Psych Up or Transform.
Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.

• In the Gen 1 handheld games this move is not working as intended. It divides the user's critical hit ratio by 4 instead of multiplying it, making it strictly detrimental to use.
  This effect can be cleared by switching out or being affected by Haze
  In Stadium the critical hit ratio uses a different formula. The increase is based on the user's Speed and using a high critical hit ratio move while under its effect makes the move have a 99.6% critical strike ratio.
