Detailed Effect

Trump Card deals damage and bypasses accuracy

and evasion

checks to always hit except when the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig or Fly.
Trump Card's power is based on how much PP is left after the move is used.
If a move that calls other moves is used to perform Trump Card such as Metronome that moves remaining PP will be used to determine the power.
