Stuff Cheeks can not be selected if the user is holding no berry and the Stuff Cheeks can be used even while affected by Unnerve or Magic Room.
If the user has no other move available, it will use Struggle instead.
If the user selects the move, but loses the held berry before the move can be performed, Stuff Cheeks fails.
