Mind Blown deals damage but the user takes damage equal to half of its maximum

Magic Guard prevents the recoil effect.
Mind Blown can not be used when the user is affected by Damp.
Mind Blown damages the user even if the move did not affect the target (for example when it was protected by a protection move or behind a Substitute).
The user receives no recoil damage if Mind Blown hits no Pokémon.
Mind Blown is not affected by Rock Head or Reckless.
If the user has Parental Bond, the user will receive no recoil damage from the second hit.
