Heavy Slam deals damage and its power is increased depending on how much heavier the user is compared to the target.

If the target used Minimize Heavy Slam has double power and bypasses
accuracy
and
evasion
checks to always hit except when the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves such as Dig or Fly.
Heavy Slam always fails against Dynamaxed Pokémon.
