Detailed Effect

Fusion Flare deals damage and its power is doubled if any other Pokémon successfully used Fusion Bolt right before it in the same turn.
The same effect applies the other way around for Fusion Bolt.
The power bonus is also granted if the user performs both moves in the same turn (through Instruct).

In Brilliant DiamondShining Pearl this move can not be selected in battle.
