Flash lowers the target's accuracy stat img by one stage.
Stats stat img can be lowered to a minimum of -6 stages each.
  • In Gen 1-3 the Flash has 70% accuracy stat img
  • From Gen 7 onwards (except Pokémmon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl) this move can not be selected in battle.
  • Flash can be used outside of battle to light up your surroundings (Gen 1-5, ORAS, BDSP) or zoom out (XY)
