Detailed Effect

Rock Throw deals damage to all adjacent enemies and allies.
If Grassy Terrain is in effect, this move only does half the damage.
Earthquake can hit a Pokémon during the semi-invulnerable phase of Dig, and if it does, it will have its power doubled for that Pokémon.

In Gen 2 this move was not affected by King's Rock
