A Pokémon with the ability Protean or Libero can only use Burn Up if it was

A Terastallized Pokémon will not lose its

Fire -type and can use Burn Up multiple times in a row.

In Gen 9 there are no Pokémon that can learn this move, making it only callable through Metronome.
