The power is calculated as 40% of the user's friendship meaning that it will deal 102 damage at the maximum friendship level of 255.
With a friendship level of 127 or lower Frustration has a higher power.
  • In Gen 2 Return can deal 0 damage. After Gen 2 it has a minimum of 1 damage.
  • From Gen 8 onwards this move can not be selected in battle.
