Detailed Effect
Comeuppance deals damage equal to 150% of the enemy's last damaging attack.
If the user was hit a multi-strike move such as Thrash only the final strike will count.
Comeuppance will fail if the user was not hit by any damaging move and only deals 1 HP
of damage if the move the user was list hit did not damage.
Damage against the user's Substitute does not count.
Comeuppance will never target an ally Pokémon.
If the enemy that last hit the user is no longer in battle, it will hit the Pokémon that is now in its place or another randomly chosen one if there is no Pokémon in that position.
