• Capture all three legendary giants: Regice, Regirock, and Registeel in their respective locations.
• Travel to Pacifidlog Town and speak to the girl in the northeast house.
• Ensure you have a nicknamed Regice holding one of the following ice-based items:
  • Casteliacone
  • Never-Melt Ice
  • Icy Rock
  • Icicle Plate
  • Snowball
• Have {Regirock;POKEMON;regirock} and {Registeel;POKEMON;registeel} in your party.
• Ensure that it is not night.
• This encounter is available starting from the day after capturing the last of the legendary giants, but only after dealing with Groudon in
