Upon evolving into Wormadam pokemon img it retains its cloak.
Cloak changes are purely cosmetic, determined by the mother's cloak in breeding.

Plant Cloak appears after battles in grassy areas or outside.
In Legends: Arceus it occurs in Jubilife Village and the Obsidian Fieldlands.
Female Plant Cloak Burmy evolves into Plant Cloak Wormadam, a type icon Bug / type icon Grass -type Pokémon with a cloak of leaves and twigs.

Sandy Cloak results from battles in caves, on beaches, or during snowstorms in Gen 4.
In Legends: Arceus it occurs in the Crimson Mirelands or the Coronet Highlands.
Female Sandy Cloak Burmy evolves into Sandy Cloak Wormadam, a type icon Bug / type icon Ground -type Pokémon with a cloak of sand and rocks.

Trash Cloak forms after battles inside buildings. In Legends: Arceus it occurs in the Cobalt Coastlands and the Alabaster Icelands.
Female Trash Cloak Burmy evolves into Trash Cloak Wormadam, a type icon Bug / type icon Steel -type Pokémon with a cloak made of pink insulation.
