Tera Blast deals damage and its category depends on whether the user's Attack or Special Attack is higher.
If the Special Attack is higher, it becomes a Special category move, otherwise it is Physical.
Tera Blast only considers stat stages for which stat is higher and ignores all other stat changing effects such as choice items or abilities.
Tera Blast changes into the the user's Tera type if the user has Terastallized and ignores type changing abilities.
If the user Terastallized into Stellar-type, Tera Blast has 100 power, deals super-effective damage against Terastallized targets but lowers the user's Attack and Special Attack by one stage.
Stats can be lowered to a minimum of -6 stages each.
